About us
The founder of Arctic Tern Migration Solutions, Govindaraj Raju is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2217920) and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MMIA number 26689).
Govin holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law & Practice and succeeded in passing the stand-alone Migration Agents Capstone Assessment offered by Legal Training Australia (LTA). Govin also holds a Masters degree in Science (M.Sc - Chemistry) and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) with over 20 years of experience in Consumer Goods Manufacturing and Medical Science. He has worked for renowned brands like Eveready Batteries, Kiwi Shoe Care and Good Knight insect repellents.
Govin is an avid traveller and loves to engage with multiple cultures around the world, he has lived in India and Sri Lanka and is currently an Australian Citizen.
Govin’s approach to working with clients is professional, honest and ethical, with a genuine interest in supporting intending applicants to achieve their migration goals.

Free initial consultation
We would arrange the interview with our Registered Migration Agent (RMA), Face-face or online through ‘Google Meet’, depending on your location and availability.
This is 30-60 Minutes consultation, At the end of the initial consultation, you will receive oral advice from our RMA on all the above points, so you will know where to start and how to proceed with your migration journey.
Initial Consultation and Assessment with Written Report:
The process is similar to the ‘Free Initial consultation’ . In addition, you will receive a comprehensive written report (Letter of Advice) containing all the information and advice on visa options provided to you during the consultation.
The written report is in a legal format and will be detailed in addressing the Issues, Rules, Application of Law and Conclusion.
This service incurs a small fee.
